• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.

• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
